The much-anticipated Griffon House staged a series of soft openings last weekend leading to a grand opening of Lewiston's newest restaurant on Monday.
Co-owned by Ken Scibetta and Ed Webster - proprietors of the Griffon Gastro Pub in Niagara Falls, Williamsville and East Aurora - the new Lewiston Griffon House, located at 810 Center St., presents visitors a comfortable ambiance in its décor to complement a tasteful selection of entrees and fine beverages.
"The smoothest opening in Griffon history," commented Scibetta, who went on to praise the Griffon House staff and its offerings. "An outstanding performance! Not only does the food look amazing, but the taste. It's nice having such an amazing, experienced crew."
He went on to offer thanks for the warm response by the River Region community.
Scibetta and Webster operated the former Lewiston Village Pub. Scibetta said, "We wouldn't be here without your continued loyalty. Get ready Lewiston, we are back in full effect and better than ever!"
