Trinity United Methodist Church: Rally Day to take place Sept. 10

Trinity United Methodist Church, located on 2100 Whitehaven Road, will open the fall season with Rally Day on Sunday, Sept. 10. As many people return from summer homes and vacation, Trinity Church offers one service for all at 10 a.m. so that all people join in worship together to begin fall/winter season.
Beginning Rally Day, a five-week sermon series on "Finding Your Way Back to God" will be offered. All are invited.
Sunday school of all ages, including children and adults, will have open house at 9:30 a.m. Following worship service will be a picnic lunch under the tent with hot dog, chips, and a drink. Games are available for children and adults, including a bounce house.
Following Rally Day, Trinity Church will offer two services on Sundays. Trinity Church used to have three services. Beginning Sept. 17, two services will be offered.  A simple and informal service with Communion will continued to be offered at 8 a.m. The other service, which will be held at 10 a.m., is a new service which integrates the traditional and contemporary services. This new service includes all kinds of music and creative arts, for both young and old. Sunday school class for children and adults will be available at 9 a.m.
