Fallsview Casino Resort has won five 2017 TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence.
A Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Fallsview received certificates for its hotel; its R5, Ponte Vecchio and 21 Club Steak and Seafood restaurants; and for the casino as an attraction.
Certificates of Excellence are awarded based on quality, quantity and recency of customer reviews submitted on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
