Grand Island resident Leah E. (Boyd) Gollwitzer entered into rest Feb. 25, 2013.
She was the wife of the late Charles R. Gollwitzer; the beloved mother of C. Peter Gollwitzer, Diane (Jerry) Doane, Mark (late Brenda) Gollwitzer and Sally (David) Goris; the cherished grandmother of Melissa (Christopher) Pitek, Stephanie Goris, Kathryn Doane and Robert (Donny) Goris-Kolb; devoted sister of Betty (late Frank) Marinell and the late Phyllis (late Peter) Bermel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Friends may call Friday, March 1, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kaiser Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Elmlawn Cemetery, Tonawanda. Flowers are gratefully declined; memorials may be made to McAuley Residence or Trinity United Methodist Church.
