Northgate honors employee for years of service

The McGuire Group’s Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda recently announced that Theodore M. Rose of NT celebrated his five-year employment anniversary with the company. 

As a member of the maintenance team, Rose is responsible for fixing items and making repairs, as well as pulling laundry from the units, assisting with cleaning in the kitchen and driving the company van to pick up employees, as needed.  

Rose is a graduate of Tonawanda High School and attended BOCES for building and trades. He holds a certification for confined spaces from Niagara County Community College. He is also a union delegate for 1199 SEIU. 

He resides with his wife, Donna, and has a son, Travis, of Niagara Falls. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the banjo, upright bass and fiddle. 

Northgate Health Care Facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, hospice care, specialized memory care and respite/short-term services.
