Theatre in the Mist, along with Cornerstone Community FCU, presents "Disney's Mary Poppins" from Friday, Sept. 7, through Saturday, Sept. 22, at The Performing Arts Center at Niagara Falls High School, 4455 Porter Road.
Show times are 7 p.m. Fridays and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturdays. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for students/seniors (ages 62 and up), and $14 for children (ages 10 and under).
In the show, Mary Poppins teaches the Banks family (and the audience) to value the important things in life - family, friendship and imagination - through an enchanting mixture of story, timeless songs, dance numbers and stagecraft. This stage musical combines elements of Disney's most beloved films with material inspired by P.L. Travers' books.
This show is directed by David Recchione with musical direction by Marnie Williams Aldrow. For more information or to purchase tickets, call toll-free 1-877-856-0694 or visit www.theatreinthemist.org.
Local cast members include Lewiston's Alexander Gentile as Robertson Aye and Katrina Copeland as an ensemble character.
Theatre in the Mist is a nonprofit, community theater in Western Niagara County. TITM kicks off its 19th season with a mission to produce professional quality theater.
