Niagara Hospice holds Light-a-Life celebration

Niagara Hospice will hold its annual Light-a-Life Memorial Tree Lighting celebration from 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, under the Dominic Lariccia Family Pavilion behind Niagara Hospice House, 4675 Sunset Drive. Lockport.
Guests can enjoy entertainment by Step in Time Celtic, kid's activities, holiday cookies with a hot chocolate and coffee bar. The nondenominational tree-lighting service and pictorial slide show will begin at 6 p.m.
The community is invited to memorialize loved ones and have their names and photographs part of the program by calling Niagara Hospice at 716-280-0778 or by visiting the event calendar page at www.NiagaraHospice.org. Personalized tree tags and memorial items are available for a small donation. Orders will be taken through Nov. 27, however, orders for a personalized candle holder must be received by Nov. 7.
A variety of additional holiday ornaments, as well as the 2018 Niagara Hospice Pet Visit Volunteer Calendar, will be available for sale at the event, with all proceeds benefiting patients and families served by Niagara Hospice.
