The following activity occurred Monday, March 12, to Sunday, March 18, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 86 responses during this period.

Monday, March 12

•Lower Mountain and Black Nose Spring roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a 26-year-old male for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle released to a licensed driver.

•400 block of Baker Drive, check residence. Patrol looking for a blue SUV taken from a Center Street auto repair shop. All OK.

•1100 block of Swann Road, trespass complaint. Statement taken from a male regarding a male listed as a suspect. Paperwork prepared and sent to court.

•Swann and Creek roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, burglary/criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female regarding a male.

•4800 block of east Eddy Drive, larceny from a vehicle. A 16-year-old male reported the theft of stereo equipment from a vehicle. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, eastbound, attempt to locate. Patrol reported a vehicle search/check welfare of a child. Plate number logged. Vehicle located by State Police in Cambria.

•Route 429, one-vehicle accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

Tuesday, March 13

•600 block of Briarwood Lane, alarm response. Homeowner on location; all secure. Report filed.

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female who reported a mailbox smashed. Report filed.

•Locations at Military and Lewiston roads, and on Buffalo Street, reports of two vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

•100 block of South Sixth Street, suspicious activity. Patrol spoke with a female; no report.

•5400 block of Townline Road, fight. Patrol reported the arrest of a 28-year-old male for assault. A 24-year-old male listed as a victim. Arraignment held at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $500 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

Wednesday, March 14

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, property check. Patrol reported three buses in a parking lot with their running lights on. All gates and entry points were locked. Buses checked and all secure.

•800 block of The Circle Drive, water main break. Patrol reported the flooding of nearby yards from the incident. Town Water Department advised.

•LPD office, general non-criminal. Patrol reported an equipment violation was repaired.

•Lewiston Hill Road, bicycle-vehicle accident. No report at this time.

•5100 block of Townline Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a 41-year-old male. Vehicle involved listed as a 1998 Chevy pickup, color blue, with a blue cap and white plates.

•2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO to assist with a warrant execution on a male for the city of Lockport.

•500 block of Church Street, Youngstown, assist. LPD on location with Youngstown Police Department on a husband-wife domestic. Female party broke a window. YPD to file a Domestic Incident Report and its own report.

•Saunders Settlement Road, attempt to locate possibly intoxicated driver. Plate number logged for a vehicle heading from Townline Road. Area checked with negative results.

•North Fifth Street, attempt to locate possibly intoxicated driver. Vehicle listed as a Chevy Cobalt, color blue, no plate info given. Area checked with negative results.

Thursday, March 15

•700 block of Ridge Road, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 30-year-old female. A 29-year-old male was listed as a suspect and a 25-year-old listed as a person involved. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter Middle School, attempt to locate. LPD advised of a student who fled into nearby woods. Subject located; no problems.

•Saunders Settlement Road, Colonial Village Park, suspicious vehicle. Vehicle located; no problems.

•Saunders Settlement and Military roads, possibly intoxicated male walking in traffic. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.

•Seventh and Center streets, complaints of juveniles with bats. Subjects gone on arrival.

•Lewiston Dog Park, animal problem. Statement taken from a 23-year-old male; report filed.

•Erie County Holding Center, Buffalo, warrant execution. LPD reported a warrant served on a 42-year-old male. Subject arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and then remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, juvenile problem at a business. Caller reported 15 to 20 juveniles walking around with sticks and bats. Area checked with negative results.

•Seventh and Seneca streets, juvenile problem. Caller reported 15-20 juveniles kicking over garbage cans in the area of Cayuga, Seneca and South Fifth streets. Patrol checked area.

Friday, March 16

•2100 block of Mount Hope Road, animal problem. Caller reported a brown pit bull running around. Upon patrol's arrival the animal ran into nearby woods. Patrol cleared.

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated male. Patrol reported Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. took a 19-year-old male to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment.

•NU campus, check welfare. Patrol reported a 19-year-old female was making threats via text messages. NU staff handling; patrol's presence requested.

•Upper Mountain and Printup roads, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported someone shooting from a white Pontiac Grand Prix. Patrol located the vehicle at Upper Mountain and Green roads. No weapons found inside.

•NU campus, intoxicated male. A 20-year-old male was taken by Upper Mountain to Mount St. Mary's for treatment.

•Military and Lewiston roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, aggravated harassment. A 50-year-old female reported receiving anonymous threatening calls.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a female and a male, ages 23 and 24 years old, both on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana. Both suspects released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Military roads, assist. LPD on location with State Police for a possibly intoxicated driver pullover. Two male suspects detained for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Patrols secured hydrocodone pills as evidence. No further details.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, disturbing the peace. Parties on location advised of the noise ordinance.

•Bond Lake Park, north side, ATV problem/brush fire. Patrol reported the ATVs were GOA and bush fire extinguished by Pekin Volunteer Fire Co.

•2500 block of Lower Mountain Road, attempt to locate. LPD advised of a female driving a teal-colored PT Cruiser with Florida plates who was reported to have an unknown type of firearm and was going to kill her mother. Subject located at a sportsmen club at that address. No further information.

•4600 block of West Park Drive, criminal mischief. Patrol spoke with an 18-year-old male who reported a vehicle was egged. Problem reported as ongoing and extra patrols requested.

•NU campus, intoxicated female. Patrol reports a 20-year-old female was taken to Mount St. Mary's for treatment.

Saturday, March 17

•Bond Lake Park check welfare. Caller reported a male subject was threatening to harm himself. LPD assisted NCSO on the call. Subject located on Shenk Road; no problems reported.

•2500 block of Lower Mountain Road, property checks. Patrol visited said location twice on follow-up to a firearms-related complaint.

•Upper Mountain Road, three-vehicle injury accident. Statements taken from three drivers. Patrol reported the arrest of a 38-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. No further details; report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, larceny report. Statement taken from a 25-year-old female; suspect unknown.

•Center and Fifth streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, intoxicated person. Patrol reported a male obstructing traffic was given a warning.

•5000 block of Callan Drive, domestic. Patrol spoke with two females. Domestic Incident Report and patrol's report both filed.

Sunday, March 18

•1600 block of Mount Hope Road, mental health response. Patrol spoke with a 56-year-old female regarding a 49-year-old male. Rural Metro Ambulance transported for treatment.

•Lewiston Road/NU campus, suspicious person/check welfare. Patrol reported a 20-year-old male was intoxicated and walking in traffic. Patrol took the subject back to NU to check on a complaint involving the subject's roommate and threatening texts.

•NU campus, intoxicated male. Upper Mountain took a 20-year-old male to Mount St. Mary's for treatment.

•2100 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief complaint. Caller reported a mailbox knocked down.

•6600 block of Woodside Place, criminal mischief. Statement taken from an 18-year-old male regarding a male listed as a suspect. No further details.

•600 block of Saddle Drive, shooter complaint. Patrol located a male subject shooting on his property, which had a berm. No problems reported.

•2200 block of Lower Mountain Road, shooter complaint. Area checked with negative results.

•Bond Lake Park, fire. LPD on location with NCSO. Fire extinguished by Pekin and Sanborn volunteer fire companies.

•400 block of South Third Street, Youngstown, juvenile problem. Two juveniles reported in the street being loud and arguing. Patrol settled their argument and both went home.
