Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara to hold open interviews

Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara will hold open interviews to educate potential employees about available job opportunities working with individuals with developmental disabilities at locations throughout Niagara County.

OUN is seeking caring individuals who want to help individuals with disabilities reach their greatest potential. The agency offers an opportunity for rewarding work, flexible hours and schedules, competitive salaries, room for advancement and growth, as well as benefits for full and part-time employees.

Interviews will be held at two agency sites. In Lockport, interviews will be held at 107 Heath St. (off Route 31), from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 9. In Niagara Falls, the interviews will be held at 1555 Fashion Outlet Blvd. (between Niagara Falls Boulevard and Military Road), from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 16. Current employees will be available to answer questions and conduct on-site interviews. At this time, OUN seeks direct-care professionals (especially afternoon, evening, overnights and weekend shifts) full time, part time and per diem. While experience is not required, it is preferred.

Positions are ideal for caring people looking to make a difference in the lives of others, current college students majoring in human services, those interested in a health-related field and retirees. Human services experience is preferred, but not required for all positions. Shifts are available 24 hours a day and include full-time, part-time and relief work. Internships for college students are also available.
