Mount St. Mary's Foundation names officers for 2012

The Mount St. Mary's Foundation has announced its officers for 2012. Serving as chairman is Charles I. Lytle II, regional sales manager of The Guardian; vice chairman is Alan R. Elia, Jr., vice president of Sevenson Environmental Services; treasurer is Christopher M. Leardini, vice president/controller/treasurer of HealthNow New York Inc.; and the secretary is Jennifer J. Smith, executive sales representative at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Lynn W. Catalano serves as the executive director.

"The team of staff and volunteers at our foundation has played an integral role in the growth of Mount St. Mary's Hospital," said hospital President and CEO Judith A. Maness. "We are thankful for their commitment to quality health care at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in our service to the Niagara community."

Other members of the board include: Immediate Past Chairman Kelly G. Besaw, partner, Chiampou Travis Besaw & Bershner; G. Russell Conrad, CEO, Princeton Equity Partners; Sister Grace Marie Dunn, D.C., vice president of mission integration, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center; Maness, FACHE; Donald J. McLeod, vice president of sales and marketing, Washington Mills; Michael A. Mistriner, partner/architect, Cannon Design; James Scott Munro, vice president/portfolio manager, UBS Wealth Management; Pamela Priest; David R. SanLorenzo, human resources consultant, Benefits Management Group; Wendy Stuart, owner, Stuart Sports; Donald L. Thurman, retired; and Sister Margaret Tuley, D.C., chairwoman of the board of trustees, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

The Mount St. Mary's Foundation seeks to enhance the programs and services of Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center through charitable support.

Currently, the foundation is focused on a more than $1 million initiative for the renovation and enhancement of the Mount St. Mary's Center for Women Maternity and Gynecology Unit.
