The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 30, to Sunday, Feb. 5, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 79 responses during this period.

Monday, Jan. 30

•Lewiston Queenston Bridge, weapons offense. LPD reported said weapon in question was not illegal or fully automatic.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, burglary. Patrol listed a 48-year-old male as a victim. Subject reported in Florida and notified to return. Report filed.

•400 block of Creek Road, juvenile problem. Situation addressed; report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop-check. Patrol reported the arrest of a 33-year-old male; charge(s) not specified. Report filed.

•North Fourth and Center streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, burglary in progress. Patrol reported State Police on location and two subjects in custody.

•800 block of Center Street, unwanted party at a bar/restaurant. Patrol spoke with the owner; two intoxicated males were causing a disturbance and refused to leave until LPD arrived. Both subjects identified and left without incident.

•800 block of Center Street, possible Alcohol Beverage Control violation at a bar/restaurant. Patrol checked and found no problems.

•5000 block of Dana Drive, check welfare. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS took female juvenile, reportedly overdosed, to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•2100 block of Adams Circle, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. transported a 71-year-old unresponsive male to Mount St. Mary's.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, recovered property. Patrol reported property recovered from earlier burglaries in the area. State Police on location.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

•Ridge Road east of Model City Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, fraud. Statement taken from a 25-year-old male regarding a male suspect and use of a benefit card.

•600 block of Mohawk Street, domestic, verbal only. LPD spoke with a 44-year-old female; male listed as a suspect. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, follow-up. Patrol following up on an earlier burglary.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

•5400 block of Bridgeman Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 35-year-old male who reported being threatened by his ex and her boyfriend. Report filed.

•LPD office, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 62-year-old male who reported an unknown person had keyed his vehicle. Report filed.

•4900 block of Mountain View Drive, alarm response. Homeowner reset alarm and secured the home.

•400 block of Meadowbrook Drive, assist. Patrol assisted Crises Services with a female on location.

•5400 block of Bridgeman Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 32-year-old female regarding a 34-year-old male. Investigation to continue.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, check welfare/person down. Upper Mountain EMS on location.

•Lewiston Town Court, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 34-year-old male. Suspect arraigned; no bail assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

Thursday, Feb. 2

•Robert Moses Parkway, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; vehicle towed.

•5200 block of Hewitt Parkway, suspicious person. Patrol spoke with a 68-year-old male regarding a 23-year-old male. Subject given courtesy ride to a Niagara Falls address.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 34-year-old female; violation(s) not specified. Uniform traffic tickets issued and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a male regarding a 20-year-old male. Subject reportedly had a prescription pill addiction and was belligerent to staff. Subject not currently on location.

•4400 block of Lower River Road, assist. LPD on location with Rural Metro on a mental health response.

•Ransomville Road, check area. Patrol request to check for possible unfit driver. Negative results.

•Model City and Ridge roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover-arrest of a 32-year-old female for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, follow-up. Patrol followed-up on a fraud complaint.

•400 block of North Fifth Street, check welfare request from a third-party caller. No problems found.

Friday, Feb. 3

•Route 93 and Curtis Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for an intoxicated driver.

•Niagara County Jail, bench warrant arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 50-year-old male; charge(s) unspecified. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $125/$250 assigned and suspect returned to Niagara County Jail.

•5300 block of Chew Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road, reckless driver. Plate number logged; vehicle GOA.

•800 block of Jefferson's Way, domestic. Patrol spoke with a 38-year-old female; a 40-year-old male was listed as suspect. No charges.

•300 block of North Ninth Street, check situation. A 49-year-old female reports her house was egged.

•95th Street and Colvin Avenue, Niagara Falls, assist. LPD assisted Niagara Falls Police Department on a track of a 68-year-old female. NFPD handling investigation.

Saturday, Feb. 4

•800 block of Center Street, intoxicated male at a bar/restaurant. Taxi called.

•Military Road and the I-190, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed. Patrol reported the arrest of a 52-year-old male from the incident; no further details. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, juvenile problem. No further details; report filed.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, littering complaint. Female caller reported women's hygiene products scattered all over the road and cleaned the street up.

•Ransomville and Schoolhouse roads, check welfare. Male reported walking north on Ransomville Road. Patrol checked, no problems found.

•Upper Mountain and Dickersonville roads, shooter complaint. Patrol checked with negative results.

Sunday, Feb. 5

•Town of Niagara Police Department, warrant execution. LPD reported the arrest of a 29-year-old male; charge(s) not specified. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250/$500 assigned and suspected remanded to custody of NCSO.

•400 block of Third Street, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a physical domestic. Call transferred to NCSO.

•South Eighth and Center streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•Addresses on the 4700 block of Curtis Court North and on the 300 block of Carrollwood Drive, separate follow-ups to criminal mischief complaints. No further details.

•5900 block of Tuscarora Road, unwanted party. Statement taken from a 50-year-old female regarding a 60-year-old male listed as a suspect. Suspect left for the night, not to return.
