The Niagara County Community College Foundation is offering scholarships for incoming and current students for the fall 2012 semester. Applications are due Friday, March 2.

High school seniors are eligible for a two-year full tuition distinguished student scholarship. Applicants must be graduating from high school in June with a Regents diploma, be a Niagara County resident, plan to attend NCCC full-time, have community service involvement, and remain in the county or plan to return upon graduation.

Additional scholarships are available for part and full-time students, whether they are incoming or currently enrolled in classes. The funds for these scholarships are secured from a variety of sources, including generous donations from local businesses/organizations, faculty, employees, individuals, foundations, memorial gifts, grants and revenue from the Annual Scholarship Dinner held each October.

Complete scholarship information and applications are available at www.niagaracc.suny.edu/scholarships.  For further information or questions, call the NCCC Financial Aid office at 716-614-6205.
