Memorial Medical Center purchases motorized stretchers

Evelyn Lazo, R.N., B.S.N., left, and Kathleen Syposs, R.N., prepare a new motorized stretcher for use in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center's ER1 emergency department. The hospital recently purchased five of the stretchers, which are designed to enhance patient comfort and safety and to improve the ease and efficiency of transporting patients from the ER to Memorial's heart care and stroke care units.
