The Niagara Regional Theatre Guild, Western New York's oldest theater group since 1923 is presenting "Broadway In Concert XIII, Lucky Or Not," directed by Fran Newton of Grand Island with musical direction by Sandy Ackerman of Snyder.

NRTG'S Broadway Series is a major fundraiser for NRTG. Volume 13 is an evening of Broadway music presented concert style and showcasing NRTG's talented vocal performers in tuxedos and evening gowns. Since this is NRTG's 13th installment, the songs will center on characters who are lucky, unlucky, and some that make their own luck.

You'll recognize such favorites as "People," "I'll Know" and "They Were You." Host Gary Gaffney of Amherst will take you down "The Great White Way" as he introduces songs, performers and tells the audience a little about the Broadway show where each song originated.

Pre-sale tickets are $10, while tickets at the door are $15.

"Broadway In Concert XIII, Lucky Or Not" is presented at 7:30 p.m. Fridays, Jan. 20 and 27, and Saturdays, Jan. 21 and 28. There is one Sunday matinee at 3 p.m. on Jan. 22.

Performers include Joanna Daigler of East Amherst; Ashley and M. Joseph Fratello of Niagara Falls; Dianna Kolek of Clarence Center; Scott MacMinn, Colin Reboy, Dan Zerpa, Amy Sturmer, Cossandra Grizanti and Kathryn Ratka of Tonawanda; Jessica Dows of North Tonawanda; Haile Gault, Jessica Reinhardt, Diane Serra and Emily Littler of Buffalo; Michelle Holden of Snyder; and Rebecca Runge of Springville.

All shows will be presented at The Ellicott Creek Playhouse, St. Edmund Campus, 550 Ellicott Creek Road, Tonawanda.

Because this is a fundraiser, NRTG season and regular ticket prices and any other NRTG show prices do not apply.
