Though nothing was officially submitted on Monday night, Frontier House principal John Bartolomei told the Village of Lewiston Planning Board that his team is continuing its negotiations with the Village Board to fix up the historic building, add up to 11 overnight suites and a performance center inside, and then build a four-story, 29-unit condominium or apartment complex over the parking lot. Phase one of the $14 million project (restoration) could begin this fall, while phase two (construction) will take between 12 and 18 months.
