The following activity occurred Monday, March 14, to Sunday, March 20, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 69 calls were answered by LPD during this period.

Monday, March 14

•Bond Lake, suspicious vehicle. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office; all OK.

•Upper Mountain Road at Marywood Drive, reckless driver. Patrol assisted NCSO and State Police on an arrest. No further details.

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 20-year-old male regarding a female who had been sending Facebook messages repeatedly despite being asked to stop. No report.

•Locations on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road and on University Drive, Niagara University campus, separate reports of two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, larceny complaint at a nursing home. Statement taken from a 26-year-old female; report filed.

Tuesday, March 15

•Route 429, reckless driver. Patrol advised of a blue sport bike, with a driver wearing a blue leather coat and black helmet.

•200 block of Portage Road, two-vehicle accident. Statement taken from driver No. 1; the other vehicle was parked. Report filed.

•Unspecified location, violation of a court order. Patrol spoke with a 39-year-old male who reports having issues with his ex-wife not following a family court agreement. Report filed.

Wednesday, March 16

•Lewiston Town Court, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 25-year-old male on charges stemming from a January burglary complaint on Marywood Drive. Suspect released on his own recognizance. Report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, alarm response. All secure.

•NU campus, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a male; suspect unknown. Report filed.

Thursday, March 17

•100 block of North Sixth Street, fire alarm at a school. Patrol reported a sensor malfunction.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 46-year-old male who reported that unknown person(s) wrote on his vehicle with a black pen. Report filed.

•Creek and Pletcher roads, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; deer took off. Report filed.

•400 block of Seneca Street, child in a vehicle. Patrol reported a 42-year-old female had accidentally left her child in a running vehicle with the keys locked inside. Vehicle opened.

•100 block of Portage Street, vehicle check. Uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) issued, vehicle towed and 12-hour hold placed.

Friday, March 18

•NU campus, mental health response. Patrol reported a 21-year-old male had threatened to harm himself with a knife. Subject taken voluntarily to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Report filed.

•NU campus, DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male (no age listed) for driving while intoxicated after he struck a vehicle, causing property damage. Blood Alcohol Content testing conducted; BAC result: .23 of 1 percent of alcohol. Vehicle towed with 12-hour hold placed. Statement taken from a male; report filed.

•Swann Road near Model City Road, animal problem. Patrol dispatched an injured possum.

•Howard Drive, juvenile problem. A 41-year-old female reported her juvenile son refused to get in her vehicle for the ride home.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Patrol informed of two cartons of cigarettes stolen from a gas/convenience business. Report filed.

Saturday, March 19

•500 block of Riverdale Avenue, larceny from a vehicle. Statement taken from a 30-year-old male regarding cash and an iPod missing. Report filed.

•Area of Seventh and Cayuga streets, juvenile problem. Patrol advised of kids in the area with eggs and acting suspiciously. Unable to locate.

•Modern Disposal, larceny. Statement taken from a 48-year-old male regarding a 24-yar-old male. Report filed.

•Lewiston Road in front of NU campus, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara Falls Police Department on a high-risk stop. Possible gun reported in the vehicle. Unidentified subject taken into custody without incident; charges not specified.

•5300 block of Military Road attempt to locate. Patrol advised a female left Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Heath Center before treatment was completed. Subject located on the 800 block of Pletcher Road and all OK.

•2100 block of Langdon Road, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 42-year-old female and a female juvenile regarding two female juveniles. Two females has been threatening each other over the phone and on Facebook. Patrol spoke with the parents to have it resolved.

Sunday, March 20

•800 block of The Circle, check-the-welfare. Patrol spoke with a 32-year-old male who reported a 30-year-old female was believed to have illegal pills. Investigation to continue.

•NU campus, O'Shea Hall, intoxicated female. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fore transported to Mount St. Mary's.

•NU campus, Seton Hall, intoxicated male. Subject evaluated by Upper Mountain and escorted off campus by NU campus security.

•Lewiston Road, attempt to locate. Patrol advised that the driver of a black Jeep was possibly in possession of a firearm or a electric stun gun. Driver located in Niagara Falls by NFPD.

•NU campus, O'Shea Hall, fight. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old female for disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 58-year-old female regarding a 59-year-old male. Investigation to continue.

•Unspecified location, property turned over to patrol. LPD took possession of a quantity of marijuana from a 41-year-old female and a 17-year-old male juvenile.

•700 block of Oxbow Lane, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a female regarding a 39-year-old female.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, possible fight. Patrol listed a 27-yeaar-old male as a suspect and a 37-year-old male as a victim.
