Winners of the 2011 Business of the Year and Business Person of the Year will be among the many achievements celebrated by the Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce during its "Chamber Honors" annual dinner, Saturday evening, Feb. 26, at the Seneca Niagara Hotel & Casino.

Recognized as the chamber's most prestigious affair, community leaders and businesses from throughout Niagara County typically attend this highly anticipated event. This year, the Niagara USA Chamber will recognize the outstanding accomplishments of State Sen. George Maziarz, R-62nd District, Mary Murphy of Murphy's Insurance, the Lockport City School District, TAM Ceramics, the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency, and a special recognition for the Niagara Power Project's 50th anniversary.

"Niagara County is very fortunate to be served by such dedicated and competent leaders who are a force in this community and strive to improve the quality of life and economic stability of our region," states Niagara USA Chamber President Deanna Alterio Brennen.

Sponsored by Niacet Corporation, Seneca Gaming Corporation, Niagara Falls Coach Lines, LP Ciminelli and Time Warner Cable, the event will feature a cocktail reception, dinner, the awards ceremony, and entertainment by Soul Committee.

Tickets are available by contacting the Niagara USA Chamber at 285-9141. They may be purchased at the door, too.
