NU hosts panel discussion on social and political revolution in Egypt

Niagara University will hold a panel discussion addressing the social and political revolution in Egypt and the United States' involvement in it will take place in the Under the Taps Club of the university's Gallagher Center on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 12:15 p.m.

The public is invited to observe the discussion, for which there is no cost to attend. The hour-long debate will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

Participating in the panel discussion will be Dr. Muhammad Agwa, Fiqh chairman of the Imams Council of Greater Western New York; Dr. Mustafa Gokcek, coordinator of the Middle East and Islamic studies program at Niagara University; and Dr. Stefanie Wichhart, an assistant professor of history at NU.
