The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 31, to Sunday, Feb. 6, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 96 calls were responded by LPD during this period.

Monday, Jan. 31

•4400 block of Creek Road, suspicious person complaint. A male party requested to use a phone to obtain a ride to a Niagara Falls address. No problems reported.

•5100 block of Woodland Drive, larceny from a vehicle. Statement taken from a 59-year-old male. Report filed.

•Location not reported, lost/stolen cell phone. Statement taken from a 23-year-old female; suspect unknown.

•500 block of Seneca Street, car/building accident. Statement taken from a 59-year-old female; plate number logged. Report filed.

•Military Road, suspicious person walking by the New York Power Authority. No problems found.

•4200 block of Dickersonville Road, AED response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•5800 block of Pearl Street, check welfare. Disregarded en route.

Tuesday, Feb. 1

•400 block of North Fifth Street, husband-wife domestic dispute. Patrol spoke with a 44-year-old female who reported a verbal argument with her husband and requested he leave for the night. A 40-year-old male left without incident. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a 39-year-old male regarding a 15-year-old male juvenile. Situation resolved by patrol.

•300 block of Brentwood Drive, mental health response. Elderly male party transported by Rural Metro ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center without incident.

•5100 block of Forest Road, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 66-year-old male who reported that change and money were taken from a vehicle overnight. Subject also reported a brown leather bag was found which was transferred to patrol. Report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, report of fire and smoke. Patrol reported the smoke was due to cooking; no fire found.

•Chew Road, check welfare. Patrol gave a female and an infant a courtesy ride to Townline and Saunders Settlement roads.

•LPD office, evidence received. State Police took possession of various items of jewelry and a box.

•2300 block of Ridge Road, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a DWI arrest. No further details.

Wednesday, Feb. 2

•1900 block of Upper Mountain Road, check 911 call. Patrol spoke with a 32-year-old female who told officers she wished to leave her husband and take her 2-year-old son. Female told patrol she felt the 39-year-old male had a drinking problem. Patrol provided a courtesy transport to a hotel.

•Unspecified location, assist. Patrol assisted the Niagara Falls Police Department on a currency search. No further details.

•Oriole Lane, reckless driving. Patrol located the vehicle and reported the pullover/arrest of a 35-year-old male. Subject charged with driving while ability impaired, aggravated unlicensed operation, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree. Arraignment conducted at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $2,000/$4,000 assigned and driver remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

•Oriole Lane, reckless driving. Patrol located the vehicle and the reported the pullover/arrest of a 26-year-old female for aggravated unlicensed operation. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Creek Road Extension, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. MV forms issued; report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, assault. Statement taken from a 25-year-old female regarding a male suspect who fled on foot. Patrol unable to locate. Complainant was driving.

•800 block of Center Street, DWI arrest. Patrol reports the arrest of a 25-year-old female from the above call for driving while intoxicated. Woman taken to State Police substation Niagara for blood alcohol content testing. BAC reading, .17 of 1 percent of alcohol. No bail assigned. No further information; report filed.

Thursday, Feb. 3

•4500 block of Washington Drive, warrant execution. Statement taken from the 25-year-old female listed in the two above calls that led to the arrest of a 40-year-old male, who was listed as a suspect on the Center Street assault response. Patrol reported full extradition of the male requested by U.S. Marshall's Service to Las Vegas. Patrol transported the subject to the Niagara Country Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, alarm response. All secure; no key holder.

•Buffalo Street, vehicle check. Patrol reported charging a 34-year-old male with aggravated unlicensed operation. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•Reports of disabled vehicles/vehicles in ditches. Locations on Upper Mountain Road, at Saunders Settlement and Chew roads (two calls), on Saunders Settlement Road west of Bridgeman Road, and at Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads. All calls addressed.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, property dispute. Patrol spoke with a male and female, both 31 years old. No charges lodged.

•Dickersonville and Landgon roads, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO on a mental health response. Patrol cleared.

•Indian Hill Road, one vehicle accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, reckless driver. Area checked with negative results.

•Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious vehicle at a gas/convenience business. Investigation to continue.

•5100 block of Military Road, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 58-year-old female regarding a male suspect. Patrol contacted the suspect and advised him not to have contact with the complainant.

Friday, Feb. 4

•1200 block of Cain Road, follow-up to an earlier call. Statement taken; no further details.

•Reports of disabled vehicles/vehicles in ditches. Locations on the Robert Moses Parkway at Ridge Road, on Military Road, on the Walmore Road "S" curves, and on Saunders Settlement Road. All calls addressed.

•900 block of Lower River Road, AED response. Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•Unspecified locations, assist. Two response to assist NFPD on currency sniffs.

•300 block of Seneca Street, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 on location.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, car-dog accident. Statement taken from the driver; pet owner listed. Patrol's report to follow.

•6600 block of Walmore Road, haz-mat/chemical fire. Patrol on location to assist NCSO with traffic control. Response involved a propane explosion at a plant.

•Locations on the 800 block of Center Street, the 100 block of South Third Street and the NYPA Power Vista parking lot, reports of two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers. Separate reports filed.

Saturday, Feb. 5

•800 block of Center Street, check 911 call. Patrol advised of a fight at a bar/restaurant prior to its arrival. All parties gone on its arrival.

•Seton Hall, Niagara University campus, three reports of alcohol overdoses. Patrol reports two females and one male, all 18 years old, were taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment.

•Creek Road Extension and Cayuga Drive, three-vehicle accident. Statements taken from all drivers; report filed.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, check welfare. Patrol reported a 29-year-old female was responsive and OK.

•Reports of disabled vehicles/vehicles in ditches. Locations at Bronson Drive and Upper Mountain Road, on Lower Mountain Road (two calls), on Pletcher Road, at Ridge and Model City roads, at Creek Road and Hillside Drive, at Military and Witmer roads, and on Saunders Settlement Road. All calls addressed.

•4990 block of Creek Road Extension, assist EMS. Patrol reported an individual with a possible stroke was taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's.

•Creek and Pletcher roads, reckless driver complaint. Vehicle located; all OK.

Sunday, Feb. 6

•3400 block of Porter Center Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a domestic.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, drive off/theft of services at a gas/convenience business. A 21-year-old female was listed and plate number logged. Patrol unable to locate; follow-up to continue.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, possible burglary. A caretaker for a female reported $200 was missing from the woman's residence. A female listed in the report stated the woman who is currently hospitalized may have misplaced the money.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, hit and run. Statement taken from a female listed as the owner of a parked vehicle that was struck overnight. Report filed.

•3400 block of Creek Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for an unwanted party call. Subject left prior to patrol's arrival.

•1700 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted party/criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 45-year-old male regarding a female suspect who was observed striking a vehicle on his property with a piece of wood. Complainant did not wish to pursue charges; suspect gone on patrol's arrival.

•1700 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Statement taken from 45-year-old male regarding two sets of keys found missing from a work vehicle. A female suspect was listed. Report filed.
