Native women's talking circle offers support

OAHIIO, part of WNY Independent Living Inc., is offering a talking circle (new support group), Yeksah Gowah, for Native American women of any tribal nation to be able to speak openly and freely of their struggles and accomplishments as native people.

Yeksah Gowah will also have cultural crafts for individuals to participate in and will have the teachings behind the crafts. For more information, call Jacqueline Moen at 836-0822, ext. 120.
