Tony Dovolani from "Dancing with the Stars" will be one of the guest instructors at "Dancing from the Heart," a fundraiser presented by STORM to benefit the Variety Club of Buffalo. The event will be held Feb. 12 at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Buffalo.
Dance workshops will run from noon to 7 p.m. and cover a mix of dance styles including ballroom, belly dancing, salsa and hip hop. During the evening, the ballroom will be transformed for a masked ball. There will be professional dance performances and general dancing.
No prior dance experience or partner is needed to participate in the workshops.
Tickets can be purchased at heart.stormbuffalo.com before Jan. 17 for a discounted price of $50, which includes all workshops and the ball. Group discounts are also available for studios. For more information, call 822-0299.
