Bank robbery being investigated

Investigation is continuing on a robbery at KeyBank, 2429 Military Road, Town of Niagara, which occurred at 11:54 a.m. Saturday, June 19.

At that time a black male entered the KeyBank location and demanded money. The unidentified male then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. The male left on foot. A dye pack in the money did detonate. There were no injuries reported during the robbery.

The case is being investigated by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, assisted by the Town of Niagara Police Department and the State Police. Anyone with any information about this robbery can contact Investigator Jeffrey Pytlik of the Niagara County Sheriff's Office at 438-3336.
