May 10, to Friday, May 14, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department.
Monday, May 10
- Alarm response at a business on the 700
block of Center Street. All secure.
- Patrol reports following up on an earlier
Raymond Drive animal problem call with a 58-year-old male. No further details.
- Patrol reported the arrest of a 22-year-old
male from a harassment complaint at a Saunders Settlement Road gas/convenience
business. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
- Suspicious vehicle on Green Road. Patrol
reports securing a 2004 Ford van found at that location. A 41-year-old male was
listed as a missing person from the call. Report filed.
- Patrol reports contacting a male and advising
him to have no contact with another male. No report.
- Patrol reported the arrest of a 22-year-old
male for third degree criminal mischief, stemming from an earlier complaint on
the 1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston
Town Court.
- Mother-son domestic problem on the 4700
block of Lauren Court. A Niagara County Sheriff's deputy on location and filed
the report.
- Car-deer accident on Lewiston Hill Road.

Tuesday, May 11
- Alarm response at a business on the 700
block of Center Street. All secure.
- Larceny complaint of a pedestrian sign at
Center and Seventh Streets received from the Village of Lewiston. Report filed.
- Larceny complaint on the 1900 block of
Saunders Settlement Road. Statement taken from a 73-year-old male who reported
tires and rims taken. Report filed.
- Patrol reports locating the 41-year-old
male from the Monday suspicious vehicle call on Green Road. Location not
reported; all secure.
- Residential burglary alarm on the 500 block
of Pletcher Road. All secure; report filed.
- Harassment complaint/domestic problem;
location not reported. Statement taken from a 37-year-old female regarding a
44-year-old male suspect, who was arraigned later at Lewiston Town Court. No
further details.
- Aggravated harassment complaint on the 5600
block of Walmore Road. Statement taken from a 52-year-old female regarding a
27-year-old female suspect. Charges pending; report filed.
Wednesday, May 12
- Officer assistance call on the 400 block of
Center Street. Patrol reported a 31-year-old female, highly intoxicated, had
lost her car keys. Woman picked up by her brother.
- LPD K-9 unit reported on a search of the
Erie County Holding Center. No further details.
- Criminal mischief complaint at the Hickory
Stick Golf Course on the 600 block of Pletcher Road. Statement taken from a
40-year-old male concerning damage to a chain at the entrance by an unknown
suspect. Report filed.
- Patrol reports assisting the Niagara County
Sheriff's Department with a neighbor problem on the 1100 block of Cain Road.

- Patrol reports checking a property on the
900 block of Elliott Drive for a large white water raft listed as stolen.

block of Pletcher Road. Statement taken from a 32-year-old female who reported
car tires were found throughout the front and back yard. No further details.

domestic on the 800 block of Balmer Road. All parties separated.

Niagara-Wheatfield High School soccer fields on Saunders Settlement Road.
Statement taken from a 23-year-old female who alleged a 30-year-old female
struck and kicked her son before dragging him to a vehicle. No further details.

Ridge Road; unit not used, Ransomville Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on the scene. On
the 500 block of Seneca Street, unit not used; Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire
Co. EMS on the scene. On the 700 block of Chicora Road. Lewiston No. 1 EMS on
the scene.
- EMS assist call on the 5200 block of
Paddock Lane. Patrol assisted with an elderly female who fell down the stairs.
Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location.
- Possible harassment call on the 2700 block
of Moore Road. Statement taken from a female regarding a male party. Patrol
reported a follow-up visit and statement taken. Investigation continuing.
- Suspicious activity on the 600 block of
Cayuga Street. Statement taken from a 21-year-old male regarding an unknown
suspect.
Friday, May 14
- Car deer accident on Townline Road. No
injuries, no tow. Deer dispatched by patrol.
- Reckless driver complaint heading south on
Lewiston Road. Patrol assisted State Police on the call.
- Welfare check on the 4700 block of Stacey
Drive. Patrol unable to gain entry; resident not home.
- Sexual touching complaint at Niagara
University. Statement taken from a 20-year-old female regarding a 20-year-old male.

- Domestic problem at a restaurant on the 2900
block of Upper Mountain Road. Statement taken from a 47-year-old male
concerning a 36-year-old female. Report filed.
