Tuesday morning, at the "Murmuration" art installation, New York nonprofit organization Parks & Trails New York presented a "big check" to Artpark & Company. This was done to acknowledge a $50,000 award to create a comprehensive wayfinding system and incorporate public Wi-Fi along Artpark's pathways. The goal is to provide data access to a diverse demographic of visitors, and to serve as a functional necessity for an interactive signage system and data collection.

The interior redesign is, quite frankly, shocking, as the space that once housed teller windows, cubicles and a conference room now boasts a mural; an open retail design with designer clothing, shoes and jewelry; and a children's room brimming with toys and Lewiston-branded shirts.
