Childhood obesity expert to head UB department of social and preventive medicine

Nutritional epidemiologist Youfa Wang, an internationally recognized expert in childhood nutrition and obesity, has been named professor and chair of the University at Buffalo department of social and preventive medicine in the School of Public Health and Health Professions.

The event, chaired by Lion Marlene Craft and Lion's President Ron Craft, boated 58 entries from Stella Niagara, St. Peter's Roman Catholic and St. Peter's Lutheran schools. This year's theme for the contest was "Our World, Our Future."
