Arts Services Initiative of Western New York has announced one final "last chance" information session for the 2016 New York State Council on the Arts regrants. The session will take place at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 95 Perry St., fourth floor, Buffalo. Applications are due at noon Oct. 16.
