Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. approves $5 million project to increase access and activation of harbor area

The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. board of directors met today and approved two items, including the Buffalo Outer Harbor Access & Activation Civic Project, which will consist of several capital improvements and investments to facilitate increased use and enjoyment of the Outer Harbor area.
