Niagara County Youth Bureau seeking Governor's Youth Council representative

The Niagara County Youth Bureau is seeking a new representative for the New York State Governor's Youth Council. The Youth Council is to be made up of 62 young people ages 13-21, one representing each county to be selected via a process outlined in the link below. In 2022, the council was represented by Vanessa Grant of Royalton.

Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti announced Niagara County law enforcement agencies will participate in a special effort to bring awareness to the dangers of impaired driving. Law enforcement officers across New York state will take to the roads in a combined effort to stop impaired driving, prevent injuries and save lives. The statewide STOP-DWI high-visibility engagement campaign efforts start Thursday, April 20, and will end Friday, April 21.
