Members of Youngstown Scout Troop 829 spent Sunday morning helping prepare military tributes for the 2025 Town of Porter “Hometown Heroes” banner program. The Scouts hand-cleaned and dried the banners, which will be going up on utility poles in Youngstown and Ransomville this spring.
