Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center welcomes Nicole Mombrea, NP; Rosanne Serra, NP; and Tina Vandermeer-Gatti, FNP, to its growing primary care team, expanding high-quality health care access for the Niagara Region.

Mombrea will join Lewiston Primary Care starting March 31. A dedicated health care professional with over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and care coordinator, Mombrea has a strong background in chronic disease management, patient education and acute care. Before joining Landmark Health as a family nurse practitioner, she worked at Catholic Health System and Tonawanda Pediatrics, providing comprehensive patient care across various settings. She holds a Master of Science degree in family nurse practitioner from Utica College and has extensive experience managing complex patient cases in primary and specialized health care environments.

Serra will join NFMMC’s OB/GYN clinic starting March 10. A highly skilled health care provider with over 30 years of experience in nursing, Serra has worked in perioperative coordination, pediatric care, emergency medicine and women’s health. She earned her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner from D’Youville College and has held key clinical roles at Oishei Children’s Hospital, DeGraff Memorial Hospital and Mount St. Mary’s Hospital. Most recently, she served as a family nurse practitioner with Landmark Health, providing in-home medical care.

With over 19 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner, Vandermeer-Gatti brings a diverse background in primary and urgent care to the Seneca Gaming Clinic, beginning March 31. She has provided comprehensive patient care in private practice, hospital settings, and community health care, including Dr. Max Casey's practice in West Seneca, Mobile Primary Care, Planned Parenthood, Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, and Kaleida Health. Vandermeer-Gatti earned her master’s degree in family nurse practitioner from D'Youville College and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
