Free performance precedes ‘Magic Rocks!’ show on Feb. 15
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Press Release
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is inviting the public to watch renowned illusionist Leon Etienne cheat death when he performs his incredible “Jaws of Death” stunt live at the resort on Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 7:30 p.m. This one-of-a-kind performance is for audiences 21 years and older and is being presented free of charge.
For the thrilling and dangerous “Jaws of Death” performance, Etienne will be restrained in a straitjacket and then suspended upside between two gigantic metal jaws with razor-sharp teeth. The jaws will be held open by a span of rope, which will then be set on fire. Once the rope is lit, Etienne will have only 90 seconds to free himself from the straitjacket, untie his feet and get safely to the ground before the jaws – and their menacing serrated edges – snap shut to catch Etienne in their grasp.
Etienne has successfully performed the “Jaws of Death” in front of live audiences on tour and on the television show “Penn & Teller: Fool Us.”
Wednesday’s “Jaws of Death” performance precedes Etienne’s scheduled “Magic Rocks!” performance in the Seneca Niagara Event Center on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 8 p.m.
Known as “America’s Rock Illusionist,” Etienne brings a fast-paced, high-energy, rock ’n’ roll edge to every performance. In “Magic Rocks!,” he blends charisma, unbelievable sleight-of-hand-magic, and jaw-dropping grand illusions to deliver a mesmerizing show that will keep audiences entertained, amazed, and rocking throughout the evening.
Select tickets for “Magic Rocks!” are still available for purchase. Ticket and pricing information can be found online at SenecaNiagaraCasino.com.
