Food truck fare, free museum admission, children activities, music by DJ Milk, idyllic surroundings

The Buffalo History Museum hosts its fifth "Food Truck Rodeo," featuring 12-15 food trucks with menus offering a variety of specialized dishes and desserts the first Wednesday of the summer months. Enhancing the communal experience, free museum admission, extra seating for picnicking, children activities, and DJ music by Amilcar Hill (aka "DJ Milk") is part of the suppertime festivities. Plus, the trains will be running in the Train Gallery.

In anticipation of an estimated attendance of 500 people per rodeo, folks are encouraged to bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs to enjoy Delaware Park and the Museum's architecture.

Dates are June 7, July 5, Aug. 2 and Sept. 6 (5- 8 p.m.) Food trucks will serve until 8:30 p.m.

The Buffalo History Museum is located at One Museum Court (at Elmwood Avenue and Nottingham Terrace).

The event is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. For more information about the events or other program happenings, call The Buffalo History Museum at 716-873-9644, ext. 320, or visitwww.buffalohistory.org.
