The Healthy Scratch launches food truck

Truck will bring a variety of unique, healthy food and drink options to the streets this spring

Jessie and Kelly Pegula have announced the creation of The Healthy Scratch Food Truck, which will hit the streets this spring and bring community members many of the unique, healthy food and drink items that have become popular to visitors of The Healthy Scratch inside The Shops at HarborCenter.

"We couldn't be more excited about launching this next phase for The Healthy Scratch," Jessie and Kelly said in a joint statement. "The food truck is a perfect fit for our customers and is another way for us to cater to their healthy active lifestyles. Going into the spring and summer, we will have the opportunity to expand our footprint across Western New York with the addition of our food truck."

Since opening in October in The Shops at HarborCenter, The Healthy Scratch has become a popular destination for downtown visitors seeking a fast and healthy dine-in or take-out experience through a variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Similar to its flagship storefront, The Healthy Scratch Food Truck will offer a wide assortment of fresh, cold-pressed juices, along with fresh-blended smoothies, wraps, acai bowls, salads and other healthy grab-and-go food options.

The Healthy Scratch Food Truck will operate seven days a week, and will be targeting sites where visitors desire healthy options. The truck can also be booked for private gatherings on an individual basis by visiting onebuf.co/foodtruck. Additional information will be available in the coming weeks regarding a launch date and truck schedule.
