Two experienced nurse practitioners have joined the primary care staff at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Jennifer C. Earsing, R.N., M.S., A.N.P.-B.C., will see patients at Memorial's Grand Island Family Practice and its Lewiston Primary Care Center. An adult nurse practitioner with seven years of experience in her field, Earsing earned a master's degree with specialization in adult health nursing from the University at Buffalo. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Daemen College.

Earsing previously worked for Amherst physician Dr. Allyn Norman and for the Buffalo Heart Group, where she provided both inpatient and outpatient care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society of Nursing.

•Teresa Snyder, R.N., M.S., N.P., earned her master's degree as nurse practitioner at Daemen College. She also holds degrees from Niagara University and Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law.

Snyder most recently practiced at Horizon Health's Terrace House and has experience in outpatient family medicine and occupational health as well as inpatient medical surgical care. She is a member of the board and legal officer for the Western New York Nurse Practitioner Association.

Snyder will initially serve a part-time role in the employee health office at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. A Memorial Medical Center affiliate provides care to Seneca Niagara employees and their spouses there through a partnership with the Seneca Gaming Corp.

"We are extremely fortunate to be adding such highly qualified and experienced providers to our primary care team," Memorial Vice President Sanjay Chadha said.

A third Memorial nurse practitioner will assume a new role in January.
