Simmanjeet Mangat, M.D., has been promoted to medical director of primary care services at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. In addition, she will serve as medical director for its health homes serving both adults and children.

Mangat has been a member of the medical center's primary care team since 2014, providing patient care at the Niagara Falls Memorial Primary Care Center.

In her new role, she will work with Memorial's network of primary care offices to ensure physicians and staff members adhere to patient-centered medical home principles and comply with its Level 3 accreditation standards.
