Recovery International has been providing mental health support services for the past 78 years and its self-help techniques have benefitted thousands of adults whose quality of life has been impacted by bipolar disorder, depression, panic, anxiety or anger management concerns. The Grand Island Recovery International group meets Tuesdays from 7-9 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 2100 Whitehaven Road. The meetings provide a confidential setting for learning coping tools.

The Recovery International method can be used with or without medication or counseling. Recovery International can be used simultaneously with a 12-step program.
