St. Stephen R.C. Church will hold a First Friday seminar at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
Tim DePriest of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation will discuss the recent Niagara River Habitat Improvement Projects developed through collaboration with DEC, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and other local groups. The projects are intended to improve and restore critical habitat for fish and wildlife.
DePriest will describe the goals and objectives for the various projects and summarize the design and construction process as well as the current status of each project.
The discussion will be held in the hospitality room with a short social gathering at 7:30 p.m. and the discussion at 8 p.m.
