Breaks server due to high demand
Five-song EP available now; Williams currently on tour with Rend Collective
For the third week in a row at radio, "Chain Breaker," the debut single from Essential Records' artist Zach Williams, continues to hold the No. 1 spot of the Christian AC indicator chart. The song has climbed into top 5 on the Christian airplay chart and has also been the top-selling single on the iTunes Christian songs chart for the past few weeks. "Chain Breaker" is also No. 15 on Billboard's hot rock songs chart, joining such artists as Twenty One Pilots, Coldplay, Kings of Leon and Blink-182.
"Chain Breaker" is not only making a huge impact at radio. Its new music video, exclusively debuted with WAY-FM last week, temporarily broke down a server due to such high demand. Zach Boehm from WAY-FM Nashville shared, "Zach Williams may be able to add 'Web Breaker' to his resume!"
Boehm also shared the music video is deeply resonating with listeners. "The number of people who are sharing this with friends, saying that 'I need people in my life to hear this song,' is remarkable. The video is just so powerful and so well done."

The song's lyric video debuted just four months ago, and has already received more than 2 million views at press time.
Williams co-wrote "Chain Breaker" with Jonathan Smith and Mia Fieldes.
" 'Chain Breaker' came from a place of wanting to reach people who are struggling," Williams said. "It speaks to believers as much as it does to nonbelievers, because we all get to places in our lives where we get lukewarm and we just kind of forget what God's done in our life. The song is very much just the truth of who Jesus is."
The "Chain Breaker" EP is available now digitally at iTunes and Apple Music. Physical copies are for sale on all of Williams' tour dates. The EP, a consistent top-10 seller on iTunes' Christian albums, is now charting at No. 3.
