Obit: Deborah 'Debbie' M. Henry

Deborah "Debbie" M. Henry, 57, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, in rural McGregor, Minnesota.

Debbie was born in Aurora, Illinois, to Jess A. and Margaret A. (Lies) Roush. She was raised in Aurora, Bemidji, Minnesota, and White Bear Lake, Minnesota, where she graduated from high school in 1976. On May 3, 1980, she was united in marriage with Scott Henry in White Bear Lake. Through her married life, she and Scott lived in St. Paul, Minnesota; Omaha, Nebraska; Hutchinson, Minnesota; Stillwater, Minnesota; Grand Island; Duluth, Minnesota; and Eau Claire, where she and Scott moved to last month.

Debbie worked as an office manager at many businesses in the different towns in which she lived. Her interests included, camping, hiking, quilting, scrapbooking, and caring for her family. She was very inspirational in supporting her husband and children with their college degrees.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Scott; parents, Jess and Margaret Roush of Hugo, Minnesota; children: Danielle (Ryan) Olson of Grygla, Minnesota, and Adam Henry of Volga, South Dakota; three grandchildren: Taya, Waylon, and Bladen Olson; and two brothers: David (Jennifer) Roush of Fayetteville, Georgia, and James (Robin) Roush of Stillwater.

There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. Friday, March 4, at St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church in White Bear Lake, with the Rev. Ralph Talbot officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Fremont Scottish Cemetery in rural Lewiston, Minnesota.

Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service in Lewiston, Minnesota, is assisting the family with arrangements.
