'Boo Bash' to benefit the United Way of Greater Niagara

Macerich's Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA will host its annual "Boo Bash" trick-or-treating event from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28. The free, indoor trick-or-treating event will offer a variety of additional activities for $1 each, with proceeds benefiting United Way of Greater Niagara.

Family-fun activities include balloon artists, face painting, Halloween-themed crafts, and a "spooktacular" costume contest.

"We're excited to have the participation of dozens of retailers in this year's 'Boo Bash' event. With Halloween falling on a school night this year, this is a great opportunity for families to get a head start on the festivities," said John Doran, senior manager of Macerich's Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls. "We're also proud to partner with United Way of Greater Niagara on this year's event, and to support their mission to invest in programs that focus on education, health and income to deliver measureable results that improve the Greater Niagara community."

Trick-or-treating will take place at 30-plus vendor tables placed in the mall common area. Registration will be located at mall entrance No. 6. The best parking for the event is located near Saks OFF 5th and Forever 21.

Event attendees can visit WYRK's Wendy Lynn, who will broadcast her entire show live at "Boo Bash" from 3-7 p.m.
