Coldwell Banker Integrity Real Estate donates thousands through 'Coldwell Banker Cares Program'

In February of 2015, Coldwell Banker Integrity Real Estate introduced a campaign to assist local charities that real estate agents hold close to their hearts, and felt deserved a helping hand - organizations that are instrumental in aiding the community. The campaign was titled the "Coldwell Banker Cares Program."

Whenever a seller lists a property with CB Integrity, the seller gets to choose which charity a portion of CB Integrity's company dollar earned off the sale of the home goes to at year's end. There are no added fees to the seller, the buyer or any of their real estate agents. It is strictly company dollar. Simply by listing with CB Integrity, a seller is automatically partaking in efforts to support the community.

The charities chosen include WNY Heroes Inc., Community Missions of Niagara Frontier Inc., SPCA of Niagara, and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Niagara Falls.

Recently, CB Integrity invited a representative from each charity to its Lewiston office to present them with their checks.

Coldwell Banker Integrity is co-owned by partners Brenda Brazeau, Nina Nanula, Alisa Talarico and Samuel Talarico.

Coldwell Banker Integrity Real Estate is located at 625 Center St., Lewiston. A second location just opened at 2915 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst.
