Project Connect Niagara took place Wednesday inside Heart, Love & Soul, 939 Ontario Ave., in the City of Niagara Falls. The community-led initiative brought together nonprofits, government entities and the private sector to provide a "one-stop shop" of health and human services for homeless and at-risk individuals in Niagara County.

More than 60 community agencies and professional service providers gathered to provide information and a connection to services such as housing, employment, government and veteran benefits, and legal, family and financial services.

Project Connect Niagara was implemented by the Niagara County Coalition for Services to the Homeless following its annual poverty conference.
