Finalists compete with their all-star partners; Maddie Ziegler joins judging panel on first live performance show Monday, July 11, on FOX
Monday night, after thousands of auditions by the best young dancers around the country, and the grueling, week-long callbacks round at The Academy, the "SYTYCD All-Stars" decided which contestants earned the 10 coveted spots as their partners on "So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation."
This season's top 10 finalists, chosen by their "SYTYCD All-Stars" partners are: Tahani Anderson, Daniela Avanzini, Kida Burns, Ruby Castro, J.T. Church, Sheaden Gabriel, Emma Hellenkamp, Tate McRae, Jake Monreal and Jordan Wandick. The all-star dancers will partner and perform with the 10 young contestants for the first time on the upcoming live shows, which kick off Monday, July 11 (8-10 p.m. ET live/PT tape-delayed).
Also, Maddie Ziegler joins Nigel Lythgoe, Paula Abdul and Jason Derulo at the judging table.
Beginning the following week, one dancer will be eliminated each week leading up to the season finale, when "America's Favorite Dancer" will be named.
