'Race for Education' at 2nd annual St. Peter's 5K Run/Walk

St. Peter R.C. School invites the community to participate in its second annual St. Peter's 5K Run/Walk to raise awareness for the school. Beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 21, runners will travel through the historic Village of Lewiston and Artpark.

There will also be a one-mile walk, which will begin at 9:45 a.m. for students, faculty, family and friends. 

Both the race and walk will start on North Sixth Street in front of the school and finish in the main parking lot. After the race, there will be a celebration, including refreshments, music and an awards ceremony. 

Online registration will remain open up until the start of the race. Race-day registration and packet pickup will take place from 8-10 a.m. at the front entrance of the church at 620 Center St. Up until May 20, the cost for registering for the 5K is $15 per student and $25 per adult. There is also a family discount package available to register up to six family members for $50. Race-day registration is $30 for all participants.
