The New York State Department of Transportation announced construction is resuming on the project to reconstruct the interchange of the Robert Moses Parkway with John B. Daly Boulevard in the City of Niagara Falls.

As a result, beginning on Tuesday, April 26, the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park from the roundabout at John B. Daly Boulevard to Old Main Street will be closed for approximately one week to allow for construction activities.

Motorists are reminded fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual's driver's license.
