'The Chew' showcases an all-new week of delicious dishes

Breakfast getting ho-hum? Need solutions stat to dinnertime dilemmas? "The Chew" co-hosts, Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Clinton Kelly, Carla Hall and Daphne Oz, welcome celebrities from the worlds of TV, music and fashion to help you find and make delicious dishes.

Listings for April 11-15 (subject to change; 1 p.m. weekdays on ABC) are as follows:

•Monday, April 11 - "Mind-Blowing Restaurant Secrets" - Carla creates sesame cheese puff bite-sized burgers; Michael shows the secret to grilled hangar steak with pickled chile salad; and "Chew" correspondent Dan Churchill explores the underground restaurant scene in New Orleans.

•Tuesday, April 12 - "Last-Minute Munchies" - Clinton transforms leftovers into yummy ham and pea potato croquettes and a clever mashed potato dip. The co-hosts raid the fridge to make "Hoppin' John" Rolls and South Polish kielbasa and waffles. Michael has a speedy cocktail one can make in seconds.

 •Wednesday, April 13 - "Dinnertime Dilemmas: Solved!" - Carla has a hearty vegetarian spaghetti and pecan meatballs; Michael solves a viewer's problem with chocolate peanut butter mousse; and Clinton teams with author/chef Kenji Lopez-Alt to make pan-roasted chicken in white wine sauce.

•Thursday, April 14 - "Nuthin' but Breakfast"- Vanessa Bayer makes granola pancakes with caramelized banana syrup; Clinton shares his morning smoothie recipe; and Lee Schrager (author of "America's Best Breakfasts") joins Carla to make his mother's specialty, Marlene Schrager's German breakfast.

•Friday, April 15 - "Stretch a Dollar Dishes" - Daphne has essential money-saving hacks for parents; Mario teams with the Brooklyn Baking Barons as they whip up their signature honey whiskey cake; and Clinton uses up leftover bread to make apple cinnamon bread pudding in a mug.
