Fri, Apr 8th 2016 10:15 am

The Winery at Marjim Manor will host its wine charm "Creative Crafts" event Sunday, April 17, at 2 p.m. at 7171 Lake Road (Route 18), Appleton.

Mary Sobkowiak will present a lesson with tips and techniques to make professional wine charms.

Refreshments will be offered. Admission is $20 per person, which includes a glass of wine for those over the age of 21.

Participants can purchase tickets for four different classes at the manor and receive a 10 percent discount.

In May, the manor will hold a class on creating wind chimes from wine bottles. June's class will feature crafting a corkboard made from wine corks.

A complete class list is available on the manor's website. To register for a class, call 716-778-7001 or visit www.MarjimManor.com.
