A diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease is life-changing and leads to many questions. What will this mean for my family and me? How do I plan for the future? Where can I get the help I need? Answers to those questions and more will be discussed during a special three-part program offered by the Alzheimer's Association Western New York Chapter.

The program will feature an opportunity to hear from others who are facing the same challenges, their advice on what you need to know, what you need to plan, and what you can do to develop and work with your care team. A separate program will be held for care partners and family members.

The series, for those with the disease, is planned for three consecutive Mondays April 4-18, at the chapter offices in Williamsville (2805 Wehrle Drive, Suite 6). Sessions run from 5-6:30 p.m.

Registration is required for this free series. Call 1-800-272-3900.
