Viewing parties planned for UB men's and women's NCAA Tournament games this week

For the second straight year, (716) Food and Sport will be home to an official UB Bulls watch party, and this year will be double the excitement. (716) will host viewing parties for both the UB Bulls men's basketball team (6:50 p.m. Thursday vs. Miami) and UB Bulls women's basketball team (2:30 p.m. Friday vs. Ohio State) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

"Last year, we had a great time hosting hundreds of UB fans in the area's most exciting watch party," said Dominic Verni, HARBORCENTER vice president of food and beverage. "(716) will again be the place to be for both UB men's and women's basketball fans. We are excited to serve as the premier destination for another major local sporting event, and we hope to end both events by celebrating Bulls wins!"

Thursday's UB Bulls watch party will again feature a high-energy atmosphere when the Bulls take over (716)'s 38-foot video screen. Throughout the game, the (716) experience will be amplified by the UB fight song, which will be frequently played on the restaurant's in-house audio system, with UB Bulls themed giveaways. Additionally, WGR's Schopp and The Bulldog will be broadcasting live from the restaurant leading up to tip off.

As Thursday is a First Niagara Center event night with a Blake Shelton concert, there will be a $20 fee for parking in the ramp at HARBORCENTER. However, any guests coming to (716) to watch the UB game can redeem their HARBORCENTER parking receipt during the game for a $20 credit on their bill of $20 or more.
