Cathleen Anderson, assistant vice president for enrollment management at Niagara University, has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for the National Catholic College Admission Association.

Anderson will represent the association's mid-Atlantic region (New York and New Jersey) during the three-year appointment.

Established in 1959, the National Catholic College Admission Association is a nonprofit organization of Catholic colleges and universities committed to promoting the value of Catholic higher education and to serving students, parents and counselors. Currently, 145 Catholic colleges and universities are member institutions. The National CCAA is led by a board of directors comprised of an executive director, admission and enrollment leaders from member institutions and secondary school counselors from Catholic high schools.

Anderson joined Niagara University in August 2014 after spending 17 years in admissions at LeMoyne College. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from SUNY Potsdam and an M.S. in education from SUNY Oneonta.
